One-sided romantic feelings as a character dynamic is severely underrated in fandoms. Like I get wanting to make things mutual for shipping purposes cuz it’s a lot of fun too but one-sided feelings is SO versatile I swear… You can go tragic doomed love with it, or make it a wholesome exploration of friendship, or a bittersweet forever-unspoken-feelings thing, or a sitcom-y running gag… I’m barely scratching the surface here, the possibilities are endless!!
