While Sycamore can swim, he doesn’t like going to pools or pool parties. Something about them makes him ultra uncomfortable, so he’ll avoid them like the plague, or pretend he didn’t get an invitation.

The only time he’ll willingly get in the water is when he’s decked out in his scuba gear to go diving for researching Pokémon.

The single thing that terrifies Rob the most, aka his BIGGEST fear is, any “found footage” or mockumentary-style videos that depict them as being real and plausible. It’s one of the few things that’ll make him outright panick and, if he gets too freaked out, he’s been known to run down the neighborhood yelling at the top of his lungs.

To say the least, although he’s a frequent creepypasta reader (and a moderator of many forums!), he can’t handle most of anything to do with zombies.

As an addendum to the last note, I’m pretty sure everyone in the cul-de-sac knows not to get in Rob’s truck when he’s blasting Maroon 5 unless they’re ready to go hold Robbie back. The last time Joseph went with him, Robert damn near almost killed someone.

You know Robert’s on his way to beat someone’s ass if you hear him playing Maroon 5 on his stereo in his truck.

As an addendum to the last note, as an example of how good his memory can be, he remembers the exact day, year, time, and place where he lost Claire, and he remembers the exact time and date Val ran away to go to college.

For what it’s worth, Robert has extremely good memory and although things he can remember happen at random, he’s most likely to remember people that owe him money, have pissed him off, or he was suspicious of.

Alternatively, he has a very skewed patchwork of strange tidbits of information; for example, he knows exactly how many people have been reported dead or missing in the woods by the cul-de-sac on any given year, when and where, and he also remembers numbers perfectly.

Robert has learned how to fortune-tell in a variety of mediums, his favorite being with tarot decks. It’s one of his lesser-known hobbies, but he very much enjoys studying the occult. (Honestly, at some point, he really wants to meet an actual witch)
