heyo, can i submit a recipe for you to share (ny asks)? my brother-in-law died young (36) a few years ago and before he died he gave me a killer recipe for ice cream that is insanely good and also all you need is a food processor or blender. you have quite a bit more reach than i do and it would be beautiful if sean’s ice cream reached more people 🤷🏼‍♀️

i’ll include it here if you feel so inclined.

2cups sour cream

1 cup heavy cream (the liquid kind, sold as whipping cream here in canada, i believe it’s 33% milkfat)

4 cups FROZEN raspberries (do not thaw)

1 cup sugar

pinch of salt

blend in a food processor or large blender till smooth (you’ll still have raspberry seeds) and serve. makes a killer delicious soft serve raspberry ice cream. amazing 10/10 i promise it will not disappoint!
