Champa folded his arms. It had been a couple of years since that blasted tournament, and still the thought of his erasure turned his stomach. Vados had never informed him she'd found any candidates, and there was no telling whether or not Hit was a good fit until he was held to the fire of such difficult training.
And should Hit vanish?
He wasn't infallible, and the threat of Son Goku coming in with another stupidly dangerous scheme, backed by Zen-Oh, was never far. Without Hit, Champa would spend who knew how long trying to find a suitable candidate to take his place after he was gone.
If Hit was going to make a dent in this training before Champa retired, or worse, he'd have to make the move now.
