It's spooky month!
Time to get spooky!
🔪 - have a horror movie marathon
The black plastic bag brushed against the boy’s leg as he carried it effortlessly back to his home-apartment complex. As it was getting closer to the kids favorite time of year he decided to hold a scary movie marathon for him and his friends-only one could rsvp though.
Peter removed his ear bud from his left ear as he approached the friend he would be spending the evening with. “Heyyy-so I know I’m late to my own thing, but I stopped and got snacks” he states giving her a guilty wave before motioning for her to follow up to his room-inside the home.
Once inside and settled Peter dumped the bag of treats onto his bed with a proud smile. “I tried to only get the better stuff-couldn’t remember if I liked the plain m&ms more or the peanut ones—so I just bought both” he looked down at the mound of chips and candies now nervous he might have gone too far. “Oh man... well, did you bring the movies?”
🎪 - go to a creepy carnival
“Hey Avery, are you.. uh.. sure this is the place?” The teen questioned warily as he looked over the brochure once more; now leaning over to show his friend. “I mean.. it totally says we’re in the right spot, but I don’t see any lights or ticket booths.”
As if on cue a dim lit over head flickered on with the sound of sparks and wires snapping. He snapped his head up in the direction of the now faded red neon lights that blinked ominously above an archway.

Peter felt his grip on the tathered paper ease as it slipped through his fingers and was carried towards the entryway.
“Okay I’m officially freaked out a little-not gonna lie” he states not daring to remove his gaze from the darkness that enveloped past the neon sign.
