the deadly assassin duo miscommunication strikes again.... it fucks me up how the stuff that ash is upset about (ewron being so subservient towards dark cucurucho, calling him master, offering to do whatever, saying he can control ash) is FULLY A LIE AND A MANIPULATION on ewron's part, meant to get him what he needs, meant to get them both out alive from a conversation with a literal devil... but ash doesn't trust him, which fair, due to his own gripes he has with authority and his experiences... which ewron DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT. like he doesn't have the context required to understand why ash is mad, and he asked! he asked ash why he hates the feds so much, ash didn't give him an answer, ewron respected that and moved on. from ewron's point of view, ash agreed to the exchange (sure, the convo was pretty chaotic with the addiction of don, but you can't say ash didn't agree) and it went as expected - he got his cure! they got information! and now ash is crashing out, because it struck a cord, and because they're both stubborn as fuck they aren't talking it out... it once again just kind of proves how much ewron prioritizes survival while ash prioritizes pride/his principles. ewron will lie and cheat and gamble and deceive and cower and make promises he can't fulfil in order to come out on top, he has NO pride. and ash could never. he could never be put in a position like this again, not willingly.

but he trusted ewron with his heart, and now he is paying the price.
