Bouquet

Prompt: coming home from work with a bouquet every time the old one starts wilting.

They had their own special types of bouquets. Ones that made sense to each other, even though Felix didn't quite understand how to care for the ones that Tamora brought home.

There weren't flowers in Hero's Duty, just metal, chaos, and death. But she wanted to do something special for him, for all those times that he came home with a bouquet of brightly colored flowers, simply because they reminded him of her.

Litwak's had just closed up for the day, and for once, Tamora was the first one on the tram out of Hero's Duty.

To be honest, her men were extra cautious around her all day. Something about her wide grin set them off, and the way she praised them was… unsettling to say the least… But the most disturbing part of her display had to be the monstrosity she took with her.

Looks of absolute horror spread throughout Game Central Station as Tamora whistled her way into Fix-It Felix Jr., and she was none the wiser.

The Nicelanders didn't dare say a single word as she strode past them, and entered the Fix-It Calhoun residence.

"Oh, honey," Tamora bellowed out. "I'm home!" She could barely contain her excitement.

Felix bounced into the room, flowers in hand as always— today's bouquet of the day: white lilies with baby's breath. He grinned widely as he presented them to her, and hopped up to kiss her on the cheek.

"Hello, my love! My, you look awful chipper today," Felix noted, and Tamora was trying her hardest to keep up the anticipation.

Her hands were behind her back, and her usual stoic demeanor was replaced by something that could only be described as giddy. All at once, she revealed her creation with so much excitement that she practically shoved it in Felix's face.

"Tah-dah!"

In her hands was a bouquet made entirely out of dead cy-bug limbs that she had welded together. Felix was speechless as he took the bouquet from her, and for once, Tamora was the one struggling to read his expression.

"We don't have any native flowers in Hero's Duty, but there are lots of cy-bugs, so I thought— since you always bring home flowers for me— I wanted to do something special like that…for you," Tamora was not used to feeling like this, so unsure of herself. "Do you…like them…?"

"Tamora," Felix breathed, and that's when she noticed that his eyes had grown watery. "I absolutely love them." And just like that, he'd gone to dump out the wilted flowers from their vase and placed her bouquet of cy-bug limbs in it.

He placed the vase in the center of their kitchen table, stood back, and admired it with a huge grin on his face— before he turned to her curiously.

"So, how do I take care of those exactly? Do they need water or anything?" Felix furrowed his eyebrows, and Tamora couldn't hold back the laugh that came out of her.

"Fix-It, they're already dead."

It's 3am and I'm supposed to be completing my project but I have a question.

When Max and Holly go through Henry's memories in the mindscape, we see him in one memory. It's in the cave, when he comes in contact with the rock (I forgot what it's called lol) for the first time. Then we never seen him in a memory again.

When Max goes through Henry's memories, we don't see him at all.

In the Hawkins Lab, we only see the massacre that 001 caused and all the dead children but not him. Or Eleven. Or Brenner and the other adults.

In the High School memory, Max shows us the year 1959 and says "Hawkins, thirty years ago". Which is a whole new puzzle for me but anyway.

We see young Joyce and even Steve's father, but not Henry. The casting crew meticulously found a perfect young Joyce but couldn't film with a young Henry who was already there?! And don't even get me started on Karen, Ted and all that high school relationship bullshit. They have a big age gap ffs and unless Ted failed his classes and stuck around (which I think is possible) like Eddie, then they were surely messing around.

Which brings me to the point that Max is sus asf. She sees all of this shit and never says a word about it.
