hey hey! a quick little, but very cool and important update from your boy: after a lot of chitchats, i’m happy to announce that this blog now has connected worldbuilding!

what this means is that going forth, jess ( @floaroanemoia​ / @iruludavare​ )’s lore will be conjoined with my own! i’ll be reblogging a lot of her worldbuilding headcanons from here on out and tagging it as #worldbuilding., and it’ll be used as a point of reference for the subjects involved; if you like this blog’s worldbuilding, i definitely recommend giving them a read and shooting her a follow asap! these are general headcanons that i’ll be rolling with and incorporating into my own writing, and if any questions are brought up that jess has covered, i’ll most likely end up directing you her way!

that being said, i’m still happy lean into what my partners headcanon, in the event that i interact with folks who are differing views! like with most things i categorize as ‘general worldbuilding’ on this blog, it’s nothing i’ll ever force onto others, and i’m happy to do as the romans do when in rome. otherwise, it’s what i go by outside of those kinds of interactions.

UPDATES!

I know I haven’t been writing much, but I’ve been working on cleaning up on my blog! I do have some important updates:

I’ve updated my muse page (including my muses available by request only)

I’ve updated my rules to include some new things I’d appreciate being tagged

These things are anything to do with cancer and rodents

I’m still working on bios, and I’ll be updating / changing a few muse’s backgrounds.

I also have a new icon, made by @gentlebcnes! Thanks for the patience, and I hope all of you have a wonderful day!

hi everyone. its been ages. a few updates! changing to semi-haitus.

1. to avoid burn out, i will be semi-haitus. also, i’m not mentally able to handle anymore drama. which i don’t see will be a problem. it got quite in the past three months. either way, my activity will be REALLY high for a night and then down for a week. that’s the reality of my free/leisure time.

2. i’m back in college, so if i don’t reply quickly, that’s why. college will always be first and foremost. i am chasing my dreams here, and i won’t allow tumblr or anyone to get in the way. ergo, be patient. 

3. i quit my job. yeah. that happened. i needed time away from it. long story short, my coworker got me sick and i had the covid scare, on top of panic and anxiety disorder. i am never returning to that place. 

4. i am in therapy now.  so, again, i will take care of my wellbeing over being on tumblr. i might disappear for a month or two again. and that also means the things i let slide i won’t let slide anymore. i won’t allow anyone to gaslight me again, and i will call it out as i see it. 

5. read my rules as a refresher. i will start blocking people from the get-go. as stated in my rules, i won’t provide an explanation. i don’t owe anyone an explanation either.

Chileeee anyways... Imagine being this hateful. Like no I'm a bisexual black woman of color in the US. How can I face any oppression? And no I should not have to repeatedly explain myself. But thanks for assuming my personal life as a n individual. We love that.

Anyone ever realized that white people are slightly more racist during Black History Month? Or is it me?
