Hey everyone, just a major update!

I have completed all the journal entries for chapter 3!

Which means we can start on scripting/planning the opening of chapter 3 this coming week!

How does it feel to know that Chloe is starring in a new game again (even though she's mentioned every second in Double Exposure) while they continue pretending that Kate, Warren, and all of Max's friends and classmates don't exist:

Max literally spent the entire first game worrying about and helping those people, using her powers to make their lives a little better and get closer to them (reinforced by Max herself in her nightmare)

It makes me so angry that in DE, when Max tells Safi about her choice, the highlight is always Chloe? Like, seriously?? It's a city with thousands of people (and that's enough for Max, who cared about all the lives, people and animals) Max lived with them for months, as there is no scene of her reinforcing how important those lives were to her or that she could never let them die (in the same way that Max talks about Chloe alive or dead)

If you truly believe that this isn't part of Max's soul, the game, or the franchise, then we really have nothing to talk about with each other

General question, I don't want to be rude, but do you have mixed feelings for Chloe? Sometimes I see you reblog posts that defend her and sometimes I see you reblog posts that are pretty critical of her. Just wondering, it's okay if you don't want to answer.

I loved Chloe and still do but I’m kinda worn out and exhausted by the stretching of of her story with max, my issue will never be with her as a character but with how over exposed she is right now

Hehehh so when life is strange first came out we didn’t have a character like her before in a video game, she was funny and real, a true sweetheart underneath her tough act but she was always flawed and very human, I remembering crying my eyes out when I had to choose between her and the town

I never picked an ending I just stopped playing at that point

But yeah Chloe is important but shes also not the only character you know? I miss Victoria, I miss Kate, I miss the Blackwell characters that we got to know and love like Taylor, Courtney, Dana, Brooke, Evan, Daniel, Juliet, Luke, Alyssa, Stella and Hayden

I miss when life is strange was much more than bae vs bay, im so tired of this stupid multiverse bullcrap she has with max- I’ve been with this franchise since its inception and right now all I’m asking for is an updated selfie cameo from Victoria, I don’t even care anymore just give me a glimpse my comfort character I’m begging you

Or any other cameo from lis1 characters that are not max or Chloe

I dunno like give us Dana planning the reunion online or an updated mugshot of Nathan/jefferson, Warren at a science conference, Kate publishing a book, Juliet doing a podcast, Taylor and Courtney commenting on Victorias socials, Daniel becoming an art director, Evan with his photos displayed in galleries, Luke becoming a debate bro, Alyssa writing a YA novel, Stella climbing the corporate ladder, brooke becoming an engineer or something, hayden ending up with his startup company and still smoking weed or his “OG buds”

Its like this franchise pretends they never have existed and I hate it but I don’t blame Chloe for it, I just want them to let her and max rest

Arcadia Bay:Where are they now?

I came up with where are they now scenarios for the other Arcadia Bay characters since D9 refuses to give them any material.

Warren:Became a Chemistry professor in college or maybe he took Ms Grant's place, while on the side he became a Markiplier/Cr1TiKaL esque streamer/vlogger for fun. I also think he'd find a girl or boy and move on from Max(but perhaps they start something if Max doesn't get back with Chloe)

Kate:Writes a children's book and has a podcast advocating against bullying and being a voice for mental health. Oh and Kate took her sisters and got out of that dogmatic religious household the first chance she got.

Victoria:She leads the Chase Space. She wrote a book about surviving Jeffershit. and goes on TED talks and school seminars about why bullying is never okay

Taylor:I could see Taylor pursuing in becoming a nurse after everything with her mom

Courtney:Owns her own fashion line

Dana:Plans a Blackwell reunion, but went pro as a cheerleader for the Seattle Seahawks

Juliet:Made it as a reporter

Daniel and Brooke:Daniel makes it as an artist and Brooke an engineer, they actually it it off at that Miyazaki exhibit and eventually got married

Stella:I think she'd be in business or a true crime podcastor

Evan:Successful photographer and his photographs featured in a gallery

Luke:Conspiracy podcast bro

Hayden:Is in the Weed business, grows his own strains of buds

Nathan:In a mental health facility getting the help he needs and getting regular visits from Kristine, Victoria and Hayden

Ms Grant:Became the new Principal of Blackwell and actually turned Blackwell around into the school Max dreamed it to be

Wells:Was ousted for bribery and caught drunk as a skunk

Samuel:Still continues as the janitor and helping students on their paths

Joyce:Because of the timeline shenanigans, she continues living and happier that she and Chloe have a stronger relationship

David:idk if they mention how they deal with David in Reunion, but I still think he should be in exile in Away, cause fuck him

Sean Prescott:Gets busted for corruption and tax evasion

Jefferson:Either Executed or the general population of prison gets him
