Bingfan Promptober - Day 10: Venom

Ming Fan had an extreme fear of insects ever since he was young. As a child, he once stepped into an anthill and waded ankle-deep in fierce scarlet bites, much to his dismay. Ever since, he’s never wanted anything to do with them.

Luo Binghe was much like an ant; he should have been exterminated long ago.

Ming Fan couldn’t breathe. The hands around his throat made sure of that. With his eyes, however, he asked, “Not enough for you?”

Luo Binghe smiled that gracious fucking smile. “No, of course not, Da-shixiong.”

Ming Fan’s face was venomous; Luo Binghe’s was odious. If judged by others, one would gawk at the latter’s peerless beauty and scorn the former’s plainer features. If judged by others, one would consider Luo Binghe to be justified in seeking revenge.
