More clear notes on characters as well as comparison of what I assume to be the pilot style to the more finishes/later style we see in more concept art

Notes on the enviroment as well as few new locations I think the notes are extremly helpful as we can get a better grip at what they were going for as well as we ourselves can learn from it, things like this dont get leaked everyday lets try to learn from what we can get our hands on

i assume a test on how characters would look in the enviroment, if I do say so muself he fits right in beautifly

Even more concept art of the city as well as that strange hotel-building as I said before I assume thats where oswald would be staying since he doesnt appear to be from the city
