Overnight Jayden has managed to spill all of his secrets to Mason. Everything from fending bullies off of his shy little sister, to losing his parents when he was 14 (and how, something he’d never shared before), to how his sister worries him with how she acts now, to the band and everything about that. Jayden told Mason everything he’d never told anyone, and curled up on the couch beside him nothing mattered but being so warm and comfy in the others embrace. The storm scared them both, though neither of them would admit, so they slept on the couch to the light of the thunder and lighting. This summer was supposed to be fun, him and his friends in a beach house, and now a boy that he might see in his future romantically. He could feel the other boy stirring beneath him, and he rolled so that there was decent space between them, and curled up slightly before rolling over to look at the colorful haired beauty. “Good morning, sweetheart.”
