Why do you hate the song of Achilles!!! Tell!!! I’m kind of neutral on it bc I’m admittedly loyal to the blind bard himself to a fault, so I’m just mega curious
i've already typed up a very long rant, so i'll just link it for you here in case you wanna check it out:
are my followers sick of posting sean x glitchtrap? yes. am i going to draw more anyways? yes.
On today's episode of "I screwed up": I managed to delete most of my downloads that I've compiled on my laptop :")
On my laptop, in my downloads section, i have a separate folder that's the default location for all my downloads from the browser. I keep everything i download (from anime, to tv shows, to movies) there until i watch i and then I copy it to my hard drive...
So, just a few hours ago, I was trying to download a PowerPoint one of my teachers uploaded but it wasnt working... this was in my main downloads section... since it wasnt working I selected both the zipped version and the unzipped folder and clicked shift+delete (permanently deleted it) and as it was processing I saw it say "deleting 783 items" or some number like that... I panicked of course and immediately cancelled- and while cancelling I saw some of the items being deleted and recognized some of those as my downloads....
As I realized what happened, I open my folder- only to see most of it gone...
All the downloads, stuff I'd downloaded over the past 6 months... luckily one or two of them were backed up on my hard drive, and I immediately made a list of the stuff I remembered... but obviously I cant remember all of it :")
And this could've easily been avoided if I'd been sensible enough to simply move to recycle bin first and then later double check before permanently getting rid of things... **sigh**
And that is today's tale of stupidity.
Thank you for listening to my TED talk :")
