dirk sensei sent us a message on canvas telling us that this guy in my class who used to sit right behind me got into a car crash over the weekend and ended up not making it. 

and like i noticed he wasn't there on the final and thought it was weird but didn't think anything of it. 

i had only initially skimmed the message because i was kind of on my way out but i reread it not too long ago and like. he was my age. he was always a delight. and he sat right behind me and i don't think he missed a class and i know because i definitely didn't miss a single fucking class and i remember him being really motivated and like. 

i can't put words onto what i'm feeling and that just adds a layer of frustration because i hate not being able to articulate myself. 

today's just been really weird. parts of today have been so good. but other parts of today have just been exhausting and unintelligible and i'm really tired but everyone in my goddamn house seems to fucking be awake and i just want to heat up my calzone and be alone in my room in the dark.
