You guys need to learn more about panic responses and practice compassion for all people not just the main characters in mha and their families. Really the panicked civilians just show people are traumatized and the institutions haven't set up things like grief counseling or even alternative safe houses for the heroes and civilians.
And ur right about that. I don’t think,, anyone was saying anything against this. But we’re still allowed to be upset that they’re not letting a 16 year old boy who clearly needs help into a place that could give him that help (do I think that it will actually help? Not really tbh. But that’s for a different possible post idk)
Do their responses make sense? Absolutely. They’re all traumatized. Does that mean that their response to the situation is necessarily a good one? No
