Each star correlated to create something new and unique in the night's scattered sky. It burned a purple glow as Ariel stared up intensely, she had always been mesmerized by the unique objects they could behold. She wavered her hand in the air as she laid next to him in the shadowed meadow. Her movement connected the stars one by one to form what resembled a seagull to her, a beach ball being juggled between it's wings. Kovu couldn't help but laugh at the pure randomness of how her mind worked, she turned to him and asked what he saw. A frown marred her expression once he didn't reply, the glimmer of his eyes turned much duller than what shined from above. Ariel reminded him, he could tell her anything he needed to and that she wouldn't mind what it was, she would still be there for him. Kovu tried not to laugh the same laugh as before, knowing his troubles were much harder to explain. He wanted to tell her but he couldn't. Instead, he told her it didn't matter; not wanting to upset her with the violence he saw. Her hand danced through the soft blades until she reached his, her rhythm continuing onto his fingertips as he spoke; her gaze still steadily focused on his. A playful sigh escaped her lips as she teased him on how he was no fun. Again he fell silent, but this time there was a soft smile as he chuckled. He asked her what she saw again, but all she could present was a gentle kiss.
