30 minutes, a bunch of tools and a lot of sore fingers later I have opened and extracted the sweet sweet meat and water of the first coconut I've tried it with 👌 Gonna make smoothies with and toast the meat and will be making a candle from the shell half that's not smashed. The scraps will go into my compost/flower beds

(I know any Pacific Islanders, Hawaiians, Indians, Southeast Asians etc are looking at me rn like '30 minutes? Gimme 30 seconds lol noob' 😂)

Hubby and I are on a trip for a week on a cruise so I won't be able to post or get on. We flew to Fort Lauderdale and are going to the Bahamas. Wish us luck and I'll have pictures! Au revoir!
