I know that a lot of the time food jokes are in good fun. That’s fine. But after a while I’m sure it just gets annoying for your food to be ridiculed or it becomes hurtful when people stop joking and say it more maliciously.

Food is culture.

There’s nothing wrong about cultures that rely on herbs, fermentation, pickling, or accentuating natural flavors in their cooking.
