‘You should exercise, it will make you better’

Okay but what kind of exercise, what should I avoid to getting worse, how much should I be doing when over exerting myself is what got me to this state in the first place. I’m not gonna disagree that certain exercises can help with pain and fatigue, but if you a) don’t know why that person is experiencing pain and/or fatigue and b) aren’t a professional prescribing specific exercises, your advice to exercise more is as good as useless

#also idk maybe being told to exercise to cure my chronic pain when I was actively a competitive climber means that my issues weren’t caused #by lack of exercise #but no one will listen to me when I say that anyway #and maybe consider that I’m wary of physical therapy because last time I did it it made my injury worse (to be clear this was a possible #outcome with that specific injury but still) and drained so much of my energy #but actually just going on a walk a dot will cure me #*day #(you know excluding the fact that I used to do that and used to go out and do field work and what made me worse was almost certainly working #in an environment where I constantly had to be physically active #)#and my pain started getting really bad after a trip where I had to do a lot of walking #and you know of course doing sports my whole life up to and past that point didn’t do anything for my pain #but what would I know obviously I just need to exercise more and I’ll be able to function like a normal non disabled person #you know maybe I’m a little mad about this #j rambles

Anyways, I have been watching The Crown Show you know the one where it says the Royal Family story? But I like to imagine the show as its own story (I just don't like to think everything is true in the show with the actual people) and while watching it I just thought of a Au with Oswald and Amelia lol. Mainly it being Oswald as the youngest King and all that and also British Oswald?? 👀,

Tbh honest I feel like British Oswald will be Blonde when he was younger but later on show the brownish mix with blonde later in his ages? (I am not talking about their Toons version I am talking about Human version let me rant my head off).

Oh I am definitely going to write something about this AU for fun because I want to see a Prince Oswald and Amelia thing and then being British sounds fun to play around with. But this will mainly focus on his Life as a Young Prince but a very soon King and how he has to deal with it and how he's the only one left to keep his generation alive for future.

Anyways hope you enjoyed my useless mins rant, and The Crown Show is very good atleast the first 2 seasons but I do really like Young Philip (mainly his attitude and all that)
