she is! she's part of a traveling circus and has been since she was an infant since she was left outside their tent one night. the ringmaster took her in and raised her himself, and once she was old enough to be interested in what everyone was doing, she started training to be part of the show. she initially trained to be an acrobat, but then her crest that she didn't know she had started acting up and so while studying magic she decided to become an illusionist instead. she doesn't always use her magic for the illusions, sometimes she just uses tricks, but most of the time she uses a combination because it gives things a fun flair.

R: When’s the last time they had a birthday party?
the year before the story starts, only a few months before the death of his family and the fall of his house. it wasn't a huge thing, just a celebration with his family and the staff of the castle, but it was nice. he isn't all that interested in having birthday celebrations anymore since 1) he doesn't want to grow older without his family by his side and 2) it was on his sister's birthday that the tragedy happened, so he can't stand birthdays as a whole anymore.
U: Would they rather be single or in a relationship?
relationships aren't at all on the table at the moment. he hasn't really thought about it since he has other things to think about and get through, but as it stands right now, he'd rather be single.
N: Are they clumsy and/or prone to accidents?
nope! he's pretty quick on his feet and has a sort of elegance about him when he moves, plus he's pretty observant and careful, so it's rare for him to trip up.
E: Are they the happiest they’ve ever been?
definitely not, quite the opposite. he's feeling the worst he's ever felt in his life. losing your entire family (both by blood and the staff he treated as family) does that to you. it'll be a while before he can truly feel happy again.

so it started because i wanted to give dimitri's uncle rufus a child who was at the academy when the duscur tragedy occurred and then everything stemmed from that, including three full classes and a story with them that spans over almost a decade.
and as much as i love fe3h, i feel like there were so many missed opportunities with the plot, plus i refuse to choose just one route. in this house we take all four routes and mix them together in a blender to create whatever ending we want. canon is what i want it to be <3

talie scurlock: she lives with her grandmother in the woods and was sent to the officer's academy because of her affinity for elemental magic. she's a bit eccentric, but has a good heart. her class progression is commoner → monk → mage → warlock → gremory.
darcy veloute: the son of successful merchants, he has an eye for business and what's valuable and what isn't. he's easy to talk to and persuasive. his class progression is commoner → soldier → cavalier → paladin.
claudia leandre: she and her mother live at the western church and have done ever since her father died of the faerghus plague. she primarily uses sign language and writing to communicate as she was born deaf. she's kind and gentle, but will admonish others for not looking after themselves. her class progression is commoner → monk → priest → bishop → gremory.

christina von rusalka: the eldest in the rusalka family, as the heir she works tirelessly to live up to expectations and she's rather no-nonsense, but it's clear that she does care. she's the leader of the black eagles in 1176 and her class progression is noble → soldier → cavalier → paladin.
kaiser von boramas: the disobedient son of the boramas family, he and his father are constantly arguing about his future, he's carefree and doesn't bother with appearances. his class progression is noble → fighter → archer → sniper.
rune von nuvelle: the only survivor of the nuvelle family after soldiers from brigid and dagda destroyed them and their land (he was created before constance and the ashen wolves were announced, so this is definitely not canon compliant). he's a shadow of his former self. his class progression is noble → monk → priest → bishop → holy knight.
sascha von durinn: the adopted son of a noble, very well-read and intelligent, though he prefers to appear mysterious to others, almost like a trickster. his class progression is noble → monk → dark mage → dark bishop.
sukja winteria: the daughter of a dagdan general, she was sent to the officer's academy as a peace offering after dagda and brigid's attempted invasion a year or so previously. she's a talented swordsman, but despises being in fodlan. her class progression is commoner → myrmidon → mercenary → swordmaster.
ziggy hitzfield: a friendly young man from remire village, the entire village raised money to send him to the officer's academy, which he's incredibly grateful for, and he wants to repay them someday. his class progression is commoner → fighter → brawler → grappler → war master.
nixie riess: a circus performer who was adopted by the ringmaster as a baby. after questioning her heritage, she was directed to the officer's academy and is now searching for answers. her class progression is commoner → monk → mage → warlock → valkyrie.
kostya ostrovsky: ladislava's cousin, she and her family are loyal members of the imperial army, which is why she was sent to the officer's academy like her family before her. she doesn't desire battle and prefers dancing and the arts, but carries on her family's duty. her class progression is commoner → fighter → brigand → wyvern rider → wyvern lord. she also has the abilities of a dancer.
golden deer
silver von daphnel: the nephew of judith von daphnel. he's the older daphnel twin and his parents' favourite, both from being a boy and having a crest. he has an inflated ego despite his good intentions and being the leader of the 1176 class of golden deer doesn't help that. his class progression is noble → fighter → brigand → warrior → war master.
clover von daphnel: the younger daphnel twin and the one constantly overlooked by her parents. she had to source her own learning, but she's more strategic and smart than silver is and is the cause of most of his successes. she's growing bitter about it. her class progression is noble → fighter → archer → sniper.
percival richard acheron: he's the younger brother of acheron, so you can imagine what THAT was like. he's a better person than his wishy washy brother and only wants everyone to be okay. his class progression is noble → soldier → cavalier → paladin.
oscar o'shea: a farmer's son who, while small, is stronger than he looks, and was sponsored to go to the officer's academy by someone he helped. he's friendly, if not a bit naive, and he is wonderful with animals. his class progression is commoner → fighter → brigand → warrior → war master.
elenora morrigan: an amnesiac with an abundance of magical power and talent, but having nowhere to go, she had to steal in order to survive. it was via protecting herself with magic that a member of the knights of seiros saw her and recommended her for the officer's academy. despite not knowing anything about her childhood, she is rather fun to be around, if not blunt. her class progression is commoner → monk → dark mage → warlock → gremory.
nicolo romantza: the son of a noble soldier and a medic, his parents would water down the stories of war, making him have a romanticized version of what it's like. he wants to be a hero and rushes into things without thinking, hence his father sending him to the officer's academy. his class progression is noble → myrmidon → mercenary → hero.
jiselle finley: a girl who learned to fight from travelling merchants after they took her in when her family's house burned down and she's the only one who survived. she takes her training seriously and can be rather bossy. her class progression is commoner → fighter → brawler → grappler.
minna seifried: a frail girl whose parents run a church in alliance territory. she is incredibly loyal to the church of seiros, which is likely why her faith magic is so strong. her class progression is commoner → monk → priest → bishop → gremory.
the story is primarily about them and their experiences through their time at the officer's academy, the few years between that and the war, and then the war itself. they cross paths with canon characters which is fun to brainstorm, and honestly i just have so much fun writing in this world. thank you for asking, anon! and sorry that there are so many skdfjsldkfjsl
👨👩👧👦 - does your oc like children? do they want any?
rune is pretty awkward around children. he doesn't hate them by any means, but he doesn't know how to handle them, either. he becomes more comfortable with them as time goes on, though, and if he ever decided to have children, he'd rather adopt children who needed a new home since there are plenty in fodlan who need it.
🚬 - does your oc have any bad/unhealthy habits?
when he's having a particularly bad time, he will lock himself up in his room and not talk to anyone or do anything. his friends are understanding, but if he stays in there too long, they won't hesitate to bust down the door and make sure he gets some food and fresh air. he also has a bad habit of expending his magic. as a healer who has seen too much death, he throws himself into making sure others survive. sometimes it's at his own expense, though, and he can get exhausted afterwards.
