I am not somehow ruining all progress because it hurts me a lot when people call me slurs. Like I shouldn’t have to hide that in order to deserve rights. When you’re fighting for queer people to have rights I hope you know that includes queer people you despise who will cry if someone calls them the f-slur even “with good intentions”

I know I read as a bitch about this, but I spent my two years at college as this sad lonely weirdo with no friends and no confidence and then I went to uni like no, I'm not living like that, let's just pretend I'm outgoing and normal and fun, and yeah no-one thought I was normal but when I interacted with people like I was outgoing and fun they responded like I was and now I have really good friends
