IU and Jay Park sang <GANADARA> live for the first time on IU's Palette
Bonus: he kept his promise at IU's Golden Hour Concert
Jay Park was on of the first Korean artists I knew and loved but the longer I followed him, the more I started to dislike him. Not only has he repeatedly offended and appropriated black culture, but he still keeps on doing that and doesnāt seem to understand or care at all. On top of that he seems to get more and more arrogant because of his success. The way he presents himself in his social media posts does not imply that heās proud of his achievements, but that he wants to shove it down the whole worldās throats by bragging about how cool and rich and how much better and more worth than others he is because he āstarted from scratch and not with a silver spoon in his mouthā. Itās really sad, but his personality is so off putting, that I canāt even enjoy his music anymore.
Jay Park is such a disappointment to me. He has a such great voice, yet he's wasting himself on trying to break into the American market with this fake persona & imitating American rappers from his music to the way he talks and waves his hands around, probably because he thinks it's the only way America WILL let him break through. He's giving me so much secondhand embarrassment. Getting signed to Jay-Z's label was a mistake.
In my opinion Hyunaās āRoll Deepā reminds me of Jay Parkās āMommaeā, and not for good reasons.
I lost all of my respect for Jay Park after he brought up Ravi's "Diss" during the second round of SMTM4. It had absolutely nothing to do with Ravi being on the show, or his audition. If he and the other judges were going to fail Ravi, then they should have failed him for his obvious lack of skill, and terrible flow above all else. And Jay Park can't rap himself, so I don't know who he thinks he is judging other people.
Jay Park should really just stick to singing. I cringe whenever I hear him rapping.
Zico saying him and Jay Park changed the game is hilarious to me.
the judge lineup for smtm4 cracks me up yo. zico's basically gonna be judging rappers more experienced than him (and more talented honestly). and jay park, what's he even gonna judge? tattoos? curse words? LMAO! hot mess.
