Except he also gets turned into a kid again. Unrelated.

His ass didnt even flinch??? No movement to try and shield his eyes? Not even a small recoil?? JUST NOTHING??
Tfw you want to show a character running around and being excited about things, but you don't know enough about the subject to know what they'd find exciting.
Putting this below the cut because it’s admittedly a little mean and kind of just me whining about fandom not being curated especially to my preference. It’s entitled as hell, but at least I’m self-aware that it’s entitled as hell.
Listen, I like OCs just fine and have no problem with OC x canon as a concept. Hell, I’ve even reblogged people’s OC that I really liked in the past. That said, I’m kind of annoyed that the Bad Batch/TCW fandom seems to be so OC X Canon focused when I’m more interested in the characters that already exist in the source material and their relationships with each other. Sometimes it gets weirdly difficult to find fanart/posts/fics that are just about the characters that I fell in love with and not works focused on brand new characters with a side of the character that I’m looking for stuff about. And the thing is, I know I’m being kind of entitled for thinking this way and I can’t (and have no desire to) dictate what others do with their hobby. The OC x Canon thing is totally harmless fun and I’m not “better” than other people for not being as into it. But since it’s not something that I’m super interested in, I feel like a lot of recent fanworks in this fandom (particularly on tumblr) just aren’t scratching that fandom itch for me because of this. I’m going to be posting my own stuff (currently in the works!) which focuses on just existing characters soon, so I’m not leaving the fandom or anything.
I cant explain it but mrs dalton probably used to kiss her kids on the lips
spent today watching the EPIC: the musical animatics, and relating the songs to Jake, so here’s my blorbo!
Idk if I sent that ask early sry if I did. Spoiler free review (and no pressure to reply publicly or at all if you want) I read the first and fourth pjo books in school at 9 and the rest on my own after. As someone with adhd and dyslexia (not that I knew for years after) it's the only book series I've read multiple times and I definitely hope you enjoy it! That said I know we're an excitable and passionate lot as seen by the amount of asks you've gotten already so if you don't or even if it's been over hyped that's obviously chill too. If you do like it though, for good adaptions I would recommend the lighting theif musical (once you're done, it references the other books). Happy reading! :D
Tell me honestly: how often did you pretend to be a Half Blood because you're dyslexic and have adhd? Because I can't stop thinking about how many kids out there saw themselves in Percy
