they both hate the cold, so it’s a constant battle for all seven of the blankets they sleep with.

steve! he’s lost bucky too many times for one lifetime, so he needs the reassurance that he’s okay.

they grew up in the depression, so i would say they’re both pretty creative :)

usually steve, though he’s been known to sleep an entire day after the more taxing missions.

bucky, shocking every single one of the other avengers. steve knew him before, though, so he’s used to it.

bucky! he’s always known when steve was at his limit, and he always wants to help him feel better in any way he can.

steve, shockingly enough. because steve was always sick when they were younger, bucky learned soon enough that steve didn’t like to be coddled. that being said, steve absolutely dotes on bucky when he’s sick.
‘who gets jealous easiest?’
bucky, 100%. bucky was always with other people before he and steve got together, and though steve adored bucky and was in love with him since before he even knew what that meant, he was resigned to seeing bucky with other people. but bucky? he can’t stand it to see other people flirting and fawning over steve.
‘who has the most embarrassing taste in music?’
they both love ‘70s pop music, and they’ll sing it in annoyingly high-pitched tones when the rest of the avengers are bothering them.
‘who collects something unusual?’
bucky loves to collect cool looking rocks that he’s found, and steve thinks that it’s the most adorable thing.
‘who takes the longest to get ready?’
‘who is the most tidy and organised?’
bucky!! steve likes to think that he’s organized, though every surface available to him is covered in old mission reports and half-finished sketches.
‘who gets most excited about the holidays?’
they both do, because they love any excuse to spend time with the people they care about.
‘who is the big spoon/little spoon?’
though bucky was the larger of the two for the majority of the time knowing each other, steve was usually the big spoon. sometimes when he’s having a bad night, bucky will be the big spoon because holding steve is always a comfort.
‘who gets most competitive when playing games and/or sports?’
they are both so competitive when playing, ESPECIALLY against each other. clint once had to break up a screaming match between the two over a game of uno.
‘who starts the most arguments?’
steven “can’t pass up an opportunity to be dramatic” rogers sjskj.
‘who suggests that they buy a pet?’
bucky, after seeing one of those 3am commercials about animals being left out in the cold.
‘what couple traditions do they have?’
before the war and before everything that went wrong, on every fourth of july they would find the rooftop with the best view of the fireworks. after, neither one of them can really handle the sounds of fireworks, so they stay in every fourth and just hold each other, bucky whispering small reassurances and sweet nothings to steve, and steve telling bucky stories of the times bucky can’t quite remember.
‘what tv shows do they watch together?’
after clint and natasha introduced them to it, they became completely obsessed with brooklyn nine nine. whenever the team is having a Super Serious Important meeting, steve always tries to lighten the mood by throwing in a reference. they even named their cat rosa diaz, much to tony’s absolute delight.
‘what other couple do they hang out with?’
surprisingly enough, after they work everything out, they become close friends with pepper and tony.
‘how do they spend time together as a couple?’
after spending so much time being separated, they love to do anything and everything together. one of their favorite things to do together is just sit, on opposite ends of the couch, steve sketching while bucky is curled up with a book.
‘who made the first move?’
bucky! they were sixteen and fifteen, and bucky’s parents had been fighting again; they were sat on the fire escape outside steve’s window watching the first of the stars appear, and steve was rambling on about something he had learned earlier in school when bucky leaned in and kissed him. he pulled away almost as suddenly as he had leaned in, and after that they both pretended it didn’t happen. bucky would bring home different men and women, and steve would busy himself with his art. they didn’t officially get together or even acknowledge it had happened until during the war.
‘who brings flowers home?’
bucky, the hopeless romantic :’)
steve!! bucky thinks he is, though steve says that bucky only thinks that because he watched one (1) episode of chopped.
