My fatigue is worrying the fuuuuck out of me. I've always had fatigue, especially pem, but it's so bad lately that even sitting at my laptop is soul sucking. Writing and doing other stuff? Total no-no most days.

I am seeing my Dr about this but jeez. I fucking hate how lazy I feel. I hate sleeping for like 16 hours a day and still it doesn't feel like enough by any stretch.
