Black Panther was absolutely phenomenal - BEST Marvel film I’ve ever seen!! I loved everything about it...but ohhh, the “colonialism” jabs gave me life! 🙌 😂 They were the icing on the cake.

*spoilers* That scene where they cut to the African exhibit in the British Museum, immediately I was like, “oh boy, they’re gonna fuckin’ drag the British down for 500 years of colonialism...yep, yes they are.”

Mordin Solus is such a great character because he’s a speed-talker and genius and loves Gilbert and Sullivan and kids’ puppet shows but he also worked to reengineer a sterility plague and had top-level Special Forces clearance and is apparently seven feet tall and it is SO. RARE. to see a fictional character walk that fine balance between comedic and utterly terrifying
