I'd argue against change in position. If you don't consent to sex in a certain way and you change your mind during that position change because you're no longer comfortable? I mean, you'd have to say so ofc. But as soon as you make it clear you want to stop, if they don't stop its rape
Just because you’re physically uncomfortable doesn’t mean that they raped you. I feel as if Tumblr thinks rape is just “the other person got more pleasure than me” which is so fucking ridiculous. Unless the change of position changes/adds something ELSE which you did not and do not consent to (e.g. switching to anal, adding asphyxiation, etc.) then it is not rape. What? Your partner is leaning too hard and your hips are hurting? That really does not mean they are raping you and people need to fucking learn that.
You also don’t seem to realise that a rape allegation, even after proven innocent (if that’s even possible anymore because of the new “guilty until proven innocent” mentality with it all) can bar you completely from a long list of jobs and make it near impossible to get most others. Accusing someone of rape and destroying their life because they changed position? If you do that, let me tell you that YOU are the inhumane one and a criminal and I HOPE your “””rapist””” files a report of false crime reports on you.
The man is at fault. No matter how drunk he is, it is his responsibility to make certain the woman is safe and not raped (which she is if someone convinces her to have sex while drunk)

If there was consent, wether the involved parties were drunk or not, it's not rape. However, I think this is talking about more extreme cases, were women are totally passed out and men (sometimes sober) rape them when they're unconscious or so drunk they can't consent. Instead of helping them to get back home safe, taking care of the drunk person, or... y'know, not raping them, they take advantage of said person because of their condition. Pretty sure it's more about those cases than anything.
oh i have seen countless people saying even the slightest bit of alcohol and a woman is unable to consent properly and therefore no matter how enthusiastically she consents, the man is raping her.
I would say neither were raped, because it's not like one was taking advantage of the other (no difference/inequality in power). Unless of course one person specified that they didn't want to have sex, then yeah.

if both partys are drunk, neither can really consent, so I think it's up to the people to decide then, when they sobered up ... it's one of these dilema's that don't really have an answer...

Probably worth noting that a LARGE number of blogs using those pronouns are trolls? Like, I've seen people with kin pronouns, but every one of them also had gender pronouns there too. This isn't meant to be phrased as an argument for or against those pronouns, but it's worth noting that a large number of people "using" those pronouns are TRYING to mock otherkin people.
