No she definitely doesn't look happy to be around him no matter what the dialogue says she looks super awkward and uncomfortable and she doesn't do that around any other character. She also wasn't awkward like that until he said he wanted to date her too. I'm starting to feel like it's because Film didn't want them to be endgame. She said that Eugene was a hard character for her, that there were things she didn't or couldn't connect with. P'Nuchy said the cast disagreed with certain plot points and wanted them taken out. So it really does feel like the actors were against the GramEugene mess, as they should be, but were made to go through with it anyway bc they didn't wanna rewrite his whole arc. If you look at Mond and Film offscreen they have pretty good chemistry but their characters give us nothing. It was definitely the arc that caused all that friction between the cast and the writers that they alluded to. Any sane and sensible actor would be against such a toxic, heteronormative storyline being romanticised in a show with such important and progressive messaging.
