Im a junior bread maker in our household but yesterday i attempted to prepare the dough by myself, i have a detailed instruction but ofc i fucked up the proportins bc my brain sees number 3 and thinks 'that looks like a 5 to me', also i didnt have enough force to knead it properlly but anyway im baking it now and it looks good!!
