Lost Boy - Open RP

Being lost was nothing new at all for Romeo. He tended to wander off nowadays for one reason or another. The shifter was very much aware he shouldn’t but that rarely stopped him. He was currently in human form, walking down the sidewalk in the dark.

He didn’t even realize how late it was till he saw how late the moon had risen. He definitely didn’t recognize where he was. It made him tense and he wasn’t even sure of the direction he was going. Of course it didn’t help in the least when he caught the sent of someone nearby. Who was even out this late?

Anthony looked at Sam and then moved slowly so he was sitting next to him, tilting his face to face him again. He hated seeing Sam cry and whatever this was was bad. “Come on, Sammy,” he said in a quiet tone. He glanced to Romeo as he shifted, making sure he wasn’t awake. He looked back to Sam, a concerned expression on his face. “Talk to me. What’s wrong?”

“What a beautiful world it would be if people had hearts like dogs.”

Romeo aesthetic. I am way too attached to him.

Anthony didn’t move from his position on the bed as Sam spoke. Maybe he though he was asleep or something but whatever he was saying seemed to be… genuine. Romeo was asleep next to him in human form, curled up against Sam.

After a moment, Anthony shifted and pushed himself up to look at Sam. “What are you talking about?” he asked in a hushed voice, furrowing his eyebrows.

It hadn’t been that long since they’d met Azura. Well, to Anthony and Romeo it hadn’t been that long. Six months probably was quite long but their sense of time was a bit messed up. But that didn’t stop the shifter from considering visiting them. Azura had said that they were welcome so he planned on using that.

That had been the plan anyway. They’d stopped at a bar for a drink and something to eat. Then a bar fight had started. Because of Anthony. Romeo wasn’t surprised. But by the time they left, they were pretty beaten up. There was really only one place in town they knew so they got themselves to Azura’s, Romeo knocking on the door hesitantly.

Romeo may have been a little upset. Well, a lot upset. But he felt he had every right to be upset since Anthony had allowed Sam to bring that thing into the truck.

It mewed pitifully as it nibbled around on Sam’s lap. Which was his spot. He glared at it as he sat next to Anthony, pressed against the man’s side in dog form. He let out a low growl, wondering how upset the two would be if he just attacked it.

5) What do you think about your mun’s shopping habits?

Anthony: “Weird. She’s the worst impulse buyer. Mostly ‘cause she over thinks things if she thinks about it at all.”

Romeo: “It’s better than what my habits would be. There’s a reason Anthony never trusts me with money.”

7) Do you like your mun?

Anthony: “Well…She’s a nice kid but I don’t think we’d ever hang out or anything. Kid’s got too much of a conscience for my taste.”

Romeo: “I’d say I do. But then again, I like anyone that likes animals.”

12) What do you think of your mun’s music?

Anthony: “It’s tolerable occasionally. Most times it’s just noise. There’s a few songs she listens to that I like.”

Romeo: “It’s… okay. I guess. Not my taste though.”

Romeo had managed to slip away from Anthony. He ducked into an alley as a dog and then stepped out, stretching in his human form. Man, why didn’t he do this more? He began walking, taking in the sights and how much more colorful they were like this. It was a good day so far. Up until he ran into someone. “Oh, sorry,” he said, flashing a smile that was more just baring his teeth. “I must have been distracted.”
