but uh.. What’s your favorite piece of writing that you’ve written? I’m just curious if you have a favorite, i know choosing can be hard bc writings are so personal but just curious if you had a favorite, it doesn’t matter who it was for or how long ago it was written, I was just wondering if you had any personal favorites! I love all your writing!! I just wanted to know if you had a favorite piece that you’ve written:))
hmm this is difficult bc i love so many of the fics i’ve posted on this account and i think my writing’s improved immensely this year, along with my motivation. i barely had it in me to write drabbles last year and i’ve already written 90k words worth of oneshots in 2021 so i am super proud of that and obviously it means i am in love with the fics i’ve published :”)
i would say it’s probably a tie between blue jeans and sunny side up !! i was completely enamoured with blue jeans while writing it, i got all 30k out in the span of a week and a half which is insane to me considering the last thing i had written at that time was the first part of a series that is now on hiatus, and i really did not think i would ever write again. blue jeans really restored my love for writing and i think it’s the best writing i have. i fell in love with the characters and the plot, and although it didn’t do as well as i thought it would, i still loved every moment of it and on the rare occasion i see it in my notifications, i get so so happy :”)
it was more difficult with sunny side up; the first scene took ages to finish, but once i got that first 8k out of the way, it was smooth sailing. i finished the remaining scenes, so about 14k, in a few days. i rarely let myself indulge in just pure fluff and smut, so i loved doing that in ssu and the baby fever was incredible while writing it, so you can imagine my enjoyment lmao 😭
