Both of Luelle's outfits don't feel like her. Neither of them are exactly... Luelle. Would you believe me if I said that was on purpose?
Ramblings bellow!!
rahh i need to get back into reading house of leaves¹, i got real into it before falling by the wayside² when classes started giving more work. gotta get out the sticky notes and shit and dive back into it.³

¹Danielewski, Mark Z., Zampanò, and Johnny, Truant. 2000. Pantheon Books.
²shouldnt this be like "it fell by the wayside?" pretty sure the thing falls by the wayside not the person.⁴
³something about women that goes on for three pages
⁴To fall by the wayside can mean to fail to finish an activity. –Ed.
The only reason why I didn't fall by the wayside¹ was because my sibling told me to get it back to them², shoutout to my sibling
Best of luck diving back in! o7³

¹I somehow managed to read all of house of leaves in ten days, I was locked the fuck in⁴
²Personal communication with [illegible], May 14, 2025.⁵
³anecdote also undoubtedly about women and possibly about a series of events that gets progressively more confusing until you're convinced it never actually happened, but everything is weird enough already that there might be some amount of truth to it. Or maybe there never was any truth in any of this. Maybe I need to not shut myself in my room all day reading and get out of the house. Do some gardening.
⁴To "lock in" was defined by an Urban Dictionary user as "to be extra extra focused on your dream." As with most slang, it most likely stems from AAVE (see knowyourmeme.com). –Ed.
⁵Since the copy I read was one I borrowed from my sibling, they also told me I couldn't annotate it as I would have wished (again, personal communication with [illegible], May 14, 2025). Probably should've gotten some sticky notes like you did, that would've been fun.
wild wild country is such a crazy documentary, like it made me feel genuinely conflicted about both sides of the situation (bc it's about a cult). but as many episodes into this series as i am, idk. it'll be a cold day in hell before i ever defend the state of oregon.
TSC will be sold together with a gun so you can kill yourself after you finish it
gonna have a concept art moment on the balcony when i get home i think
ARC 1 ;; THE GALANT FOOL & THE WARLORD OF WRATH // Sent to Shibuya to live with his aunt Futaba due to his parents crippling debt does Sojiro enroll into Shujin academy where he’s immediately met with one of the biggest problems many of the students seem to be having; one that’s unknown to the teachers even. The track coach Ryuji Sakamoto, known for being a delinquent in his past is overworking his team to their limits to make sure they succeed and come out on top. Sojiro learns about this from both his classmate Sadyo Kawakami, and volleyball star, Suguru Kamoshida. It seems like both of them have their own past with him; Sadyo even being Sakamoto’s main target along side Toranosuke Yoshida, another classmate of Sojiro’s. Both Sojiro and Suguru are mysteriously transported to what appears to be a warship, a whole new world where they’re met with mysterious creatures that cause Sojiro’s rebellious nature to come out and awaken to his his persona LUGH. Meanwhile, while investigating the warship after successfully escaping from being captured by Sakamoto’s men do they run into another person who seems to have the same powers as Sojiro himself.
