THE ARCHIVE (2024)

The Archive is an 8-episode mini series coming to netflix in 2024. the show follows a group of misfit criminals who unite in the goal of trying to take down a corrupt art dealer and socialite intent on destroying the art world and remake it in his image. led by former artist Astrid, the group is made up of colorful characters, with the stand-outs being Trin (jessica henwick), Goose (boyd holbrook), and Knox (winston duke). after nearly being killed while trying to lift the wallet of a crime boss, Trin finds herself being saved by the enigmatic and intense Astrid, who promises Trin total freedom if she joins Astrid in a 'job'. a job that turns out to be the biggest art heist in history: the theft of the personal collection of the world's most prolific art dealer, Bernard Guo. but Astrid has only ever told her team half the truth, and when things become difficult they threaten to fall apart. however, failure isn't an option. with everything at stake, there are only two possible outcomes: either they succeed, or they die. The Archive, come for fast-paced action scenes and intriguing plot and stay for the humor and intricate relationship between thieves. the show will be released on the streaming service in late 2024.
