The sunflower I grew from seed has been killed by the management company gardeners, because as well as mowing the lawn they mowed the flowerbed. Two had already been lost to caterpillars but the final one was going strong, bud forming, and I was really looking forward to it flowering. I’m perhaps unreasonably despondent about this, it’s just a single flower, but it’s kind of ruined my evening.

AA s4 is so fckn confusing and so dooky so far... hate how nobody acknowledges that Stark's still gone? "All Avengers are back" NO THEY'RE NOT 🔫😭💀 Also those random timeskips where they're suddenly back but they don't tell you wtf is going on and suddenly Hakweye is just randomly back I guess? Just for this one episode. DISASTER.

you know what i'm tired of? what i'm really annoyed by every time it happens? people treating chinese people like we're brainwashed robots who aren't capable of independent thought who only do what the government tells us. we're not like that. does the government affect what we say? yes. but we're not incapable of independent thought. we're just smart enough to not say anything so that we don't put ourselves or or families and friends in danger. i'm tired of seeing people approach chinese people with the idea that they're going to "open their eyes to the truth" or something like that because guess what? most of us don't need it, and especially not from someone who only wants to say something to help their savior complex. i'm tired of having people treat us as if we are all just a part of the government, one entity, never to be individuals or worthy of respect.
