“Why-”
Of course Wikipedia wasn’t considered a valid source, but as far as Anise was concerned, it was a good enough place to start. That said, she hadn’t expected the Wikipedia article on the current government of Russia to be simultaneously incredibly confusing and lacking almost any useful information whatsoever. She scrolled down the list of current Russian “ministers” with a deepening frown.
“Why does a country need tha’ many deputy pri’ministers? Wha’ even is a deputy pri’minister? And why’s that diff’r’nt from first deputy pri’minister? There’s-” Anise took what felt like the longest moment of her life to count just how many deputy prime ministers Russia currently had. “Eight. An’ then the’s the rest of ‘em. It jus’...keep goin’. More ministers.”
Anise and Yuyan had barely even begun their project and Anise was just about ready to call it quits. She was pretty sure this part of their mutual World Governments class was a torture specifically designed just for the two of them. This had to be a form of cruel and unusual punishment.
“Why d’they need all dem deputy pri’ministers if they gon’ have all dem specific ones? Why?! Why...?”
It was safe to say the project had not started out on a good note.
