New headmate formed last night :) it's very sweet and likes dinosaurs. May have had its existence caused by a pretty bad dissociative episode, but it's settling in pretty well, and I'm happy to have it around!

I‘ve always been kinda curious on just how daily life as a system is different than people who aren’t plural. Like do you leave notes for eachother or some other way of communicating/making sure they know about stuff that’s going on?
Haii! thanks for asking this :3
In terms of communication we generally share memories between eachother so communication is not that strong of an issue, however we do often communicate between eachother internally however its not important to I do know however that other systems who dont share memories between eachother often leave notes or primarily share information through internal communication
Ngl exploring our plurality and like... identifying as a loosely endogenic system initially, was part of what helped us realise we did have trauma. We really wren't ready to process that at the time, or deal with it (we were 12 lmao (it's been many years since, to be clear.) and that is not a good time for processing things like that). Just that space to not be afraid that it wasn't Enough Trauma or it wasn't the Right Kind of trauma or whatever, and then, now that we're in a position where we can process a lot of that, being like. Okay. We're probably traumagenic. And that's okay, too -- letting system origin be a neutral concept did wonders for us being able to look at our origin without feeling tons of shame and uncertainty. So, like, nice. Thanks for being relatively nice and accepting, pluralblr.
garlic bread :) yum
At this point, I wish I'd just switch out. I don't want to be here anymore.
I hate being a minor :(
