“And what the hell do you want from me?”
@shadowoflegend
“Not a pet, you say? Well, I’ll take the collar off if you so desire. However...” A wide smirk appeared on the shade’s face. “...If you don’t work with me, then Puppet shall have to... fulfil my desires~”

When nighttime fell, it was a time Gethin would come out. He didn’t really have any problems with moving around during the day, he just preferred nighttime since he was at his strongest during that time. Though if he ever had to fight the Hero, he’d take any time. He’d win anyway.
Sitting on a small hill, the shade looked at a small village not too far away from where he was. Small fires lit the village, making it look peaceful and tranquil. Two thing Gethin absolutely despised.
“It would be a such a bad thing if those fires would go rampant, right?” He told himself. “Maybe I should go and teach those light dwellers a lesson or two about the dangers of fire.”

Wherever he went, Things went unusually silent. Like nature felt how vile this creature was. Not that he minded. In fact, he loved it. Causing chaos and despair were two things the shade loved to spread around. And anyone who happened to come across this shade didn’t live to tell about it.
But, sometimes, he would abandon whatever he was doing because something more worth his attention caught his eye. Like right now. When dealing with a random traveller he happened to come across with, the shade sensed a very familiar presence that prompted him to stop immediately. He grinned wide, knowing who this presence belonged to.
“My, my. Who would have thought that so-called Hero would fall right into my lap? It’s my lucky day~” He mused, dropping the wounded traveller on the ground.
Turning on his heel, the dark shade began moving to wherever he felt the Hero’s presence and how he was looking forward to that encounter!
“Has anyone seen a hobo dressed in green? Because that’s what the Hero is. A hobo!”
He let out a yawn, laying down under a tree. Another night under the cold sky. “...tired...”

If there was one thing he learned from his time traveling the world of the light dwellers, it was that walking in broad daylight -especially when the sun was burning down upon you- was a real pain. Being clad in black didn’t help much either, unfortunately.
And so Dark preferred to look up the coolness of the shade. At least it was good for something for once. What he didn’t like, however, was that every time he came across the creatures of this world, they fled whenever they made eye contact with the entity. Loneliness always settled in pretty fast.
Like now. Taking a break from his journey, Dark settled himself under a tree. Birds immediately stopped their chirping and flew away and other creatures fled into the bushes; leaving Dark in a complete, eerie silence.
A sigh passed his lips, his stomach growled but was ignored. How lonely he felt at times like this. He really was a sloppy excuse for a Dark Link.
