this is why you stalk the target, learn their routine, and kill them from a distance. Considering they seem to want this "ASAP" they don't have time to stalk the target for weeks but like, they manufactured a whole situation to get the target WHERE they wanted him at the TIME they wanted him. It would've been just as possible to set up that same fucking situation except in a location where you could've set up a competent sniper. For this character, he'd just fucking heal the damage but like, COME ON.
