So I think my gender fluctuates or something, I don't know, but I would like to start binding sometimes (I think). But because I'm so unsure, I'm literally terrified of damage that binding might do. I think it'd be good for me to bind, but it scares me. Do you have any advice?

binding for short amounts of time, safely and occasionally is not likely to cause any major lasting damage. the damage comes from extended use for months or years that often happens to transmasc ppl who feel they must bind every day until top surgery to ease their dysphoria. if u wanna try out binding, as long as ur safe n take breaks, trying it out isn’t gonna do anything bad!! stay safe

Hi there! You and your blog are absolutely amazing! If you have the time maybe you could help me (if you can't don't worry about it you're still amazing!) I've identified as a demigirl for some time now but I'm starting to question if that label really fits. I feel nb for most of the time, but I fluctuate and somedays I feel more like a girl. n secondly it sounds like u might be demigirlflux!!! demigirlflux is basically the same as demigirl but the intensity of ur gender fluctuates, just like u said!! it’s only a lil change in label n u could still use demigirl if u wanted

if u fluctuate between demigirl and girl then i think girlflux is the right term for u!! it focuses on how ur experience of being a girl fluctuates in intensity!! ofc u can call urself a demigirl when ur feeling less female if u want but girlflux more accurately describes ur changing gender feelings

what's the difference between genderfaun and boyflux?

hey there!!

boyflux, as indicated by the -flux suffix, is where u experience being male/masculine at fluctuating intensities, so it refers to how boy u feel at any given time.

genderfaun is genderfluidity that never encompasses being female/feminine so it can be fluidity between male, neutral, a third gender etc. 

the key difference here is that genderfaun has an aspect of fluidity where gender changes, whereas boyflux is a fluctuation along one gender’s intensity. it is possible to be a boyflux genderfaun however tho!!

do you mind answering other questions than just demigender ones? and also your blog has helped me A LOT, thank you really much for keeping it up. also may you help me with my gender? i feel like one part of me is always agender and the other part is fluctuating in the male spectrum. but i'm never fully male since a part of me is always agender. would that be considered as a demigender?
