waking up one morning and you're the worst character from a series. hi everyone I'm Guy Who Sucks. and I'm Still Here.
(voice of a guy who doesn't know) yeah, the only person I'd ever date is another me. yeah idk why but if there was me but slightly different and also we were, like, one being. I'd date them. no one else tho. just the me that's not me.
(voice of a guy who introjected an entire subsystem) haha someone should make an au of this but all the characters exist in a world where the media they're from also exists. so every character has to deal with the fact that everyone they know is aware of their Tragic Past™. haha no I don't mean anything by this.
well you see, introjecting is much easier because then I'd have to think about it. and thinking? well, that's no good.
us (thinking): hm. one of our alters has a very specific trigger song, but as long as we don't watch the show it's from then we're safe
our roommate: wow, I could listen to this song everyday!! at least twice!!
I really don't understand where people are coming from when they say this but... it's just so funny when someone asks "does your disorder have to be your whole identity" like. you mean. my identity disorder? that disorder? the one that affects my identity? that one?
