hey guys, this is a gentle reminder that sleep is so fucking important and yall need a proper sleep schedule. i know it never feels that way when youre presently in a shitty sleep schedule, but take it from a motherfucker that used to consider getting 5 hours of sleep a good night:

you will be fixing your sleep schedule (and youll need to fix it at some point, if for no other reason than for external schedules set by other people/organisations) for years after this, cause fixing your sleep schedule takes so long and so much effort

the moment you start getting a proper amount of sleep on a regular basis, itll be so insane to feel the energy come back to you

i know i sound like an annoying adult here, but its out of concern for peoples health; take care of yourselves yall
