“Jooooooon!” The Irishman was obviously excited to see the other, especially since he’d just practically launched himself at the other, “Hi, I missed you.” He chuckled and kissed his cheek, “I need Risinger cuddles immediately.” He nuzzled against the other, nosing at his hair much like a cat would.

“Oh, no, really, have it. I’m wearing long sleeves and you’re not. Just take it so you’re warm,” Geoff spoke with a smile, holding his jacket out for the other.

Shaun smiled, sitting back down next to the inked man, “Might as well stay and buy you a couple drinks to repay th’kindness.” He smiled, taking the jacket so he could pull it on.

All goddamn night, this girl had been talking Shaun’s ear off. He just wanted to have drinks with Shawn in peace. He didn’t care what she had to say and he certainly didn’t care to be nice. His tolerance can only be stretched so far before the point of breaking. Right now? She had him right at the edge, and there was no turning back at this point.

He hardly glanced at her before opening his mouth to speak, “Listen, doll-- ” He was cut off suddenly, probably for the best. Shawn, finally doing his job as his bar buddy, stepped in and stopped the one-sided conversation. They way he did it was what really got Shaun to shut up. 

Middle of a sentence and his breath was gone, and his lips had stopped moving for a good reason. Shawn kissed him. It was sudden and it was almost harsh, but it got the girl to walk away and Shaun to calm down. 

God, did he take his breath away. Just as he began to return the kiss, the other pulled away. “Fuck you.” He smirked, “You made me see stars.” He rolled his eyes at Shawn’s explanation. Friends can kiss. 

Fuck that, he needed more.
