*Kind-of Time sensitive* How do you get over your best friend? I really really like my friend, and I've known him for about 2 years now. He's very sweet and nice and lovely, he makes me feel beautiful(he calls gorgeous most days) but, the thing is, is he doesn't like me. He doesn't want a relationship, and If he did, its not with me. I seriously like him, I feel like im in love with him? But he doesn't feel the same and im so hurt, I feel so much pain in my heart and I don't know what to do... A

I completely understand where you’re coming from. I’m in a very very similar situation where my best friend/ex is with someone new. Its so extremely hard, but we can get through this together. 

Have you tried talking to your best friend about your feelings? This isn’t the solution for everyone, but for some people, airing everything out works wonders. If you choose to do this, you could explain your feelings and ask him what his thoughts are. Be confident. You deserve happiness, and if he doesn’t give that to you, you’ll find someone who does.

If you do not want to speak to him about this, I would suggest trying to give some distance between you two. It will be difficult because he’s your best friend, but it also isn’t fair to you to be taunted by something you cannot have. It isn’t healthy. Although this is’t technically a breakup, I’m going to link our page on how to cope with one here. A lot of the information can apply to you as well.
