          he must have dozed off. can’t remember when, they were taking turns on the controller, it’s a one player type deal, but neptune must have been doing pretty good. the next thing he knows, the room is darker, shades pulled, and sun is covered in a familiar scent.

           faunus, smell is always the first and best scent. he can recall certain scents from memory and smell better than a human counterpart. the ocean. faint hints of gun-powder. peaches. he likes peaches. his mind spells the word ‘neptune’ before his eyes even opened, so he’s not surprised to glance down and see the red of his jacket. 

           he runs hot, he doesn’t even really need it, but sun settles back down in the bean-bag chair neptune said was gaudy and ugly, and keeps it on. he likes the smell.
