I know I rarely post personal stuff here…mostly just use this place to reblog things that inspire me.

But I’m curious if any of you would be interested in me posting more music related shtuff here. Probably album reviews and news? I’d love suggestions/recommendations of what to listen to from y’all.

Or if you would prefer to keep this place as it is and start a different blog for that?

I know I fail in everything. I fail to make someone proud, to fulfill every words I say, to begin on the right track, to make things better, to be the great friend, to be a daughter and a sister. okay so this dudebro told you that you remind him of his best friend a lot and i wanna take some time to point stuff out to you, the good and bad, from what i can see

(guys this is mostly for my friend Becca, so it's under a readmore, but it's also here if you also have some mild issues with someone you want to be in a relationship with!)

the way you guys have been interacting isn't just the way you would act with a friend, that's how Dominik and i acted for a long while--A LOOOOOONG while--before we even kissed or admitted our feelings for each other. Trust me, he wasn't oblivious!

Because of the similarity, I wanna say he's about as shy as Dominik is, too, and maybe he wanted you to do something first because even though he's somewhat aware of your feelings, he doensn't want to overstep any boundaries (and you have some walls built up, don't you, Becca?). And the only reason Dominik ever made any "bold"/first moves was because i hinted and explicitly told him that i love when a dude makes the first move. so don't take that as something bad either! he could just be really shy or really cares about your comfort level--or maybe both! Both is good!

As for him telling you that you remind him of his best friend, maybe it's got a hidden meaning behind it, maybe it means bad news down the road with his friend. It's important to keep that in mind! But sometimes people just say the wrong thing, and I want you to be a little optimistic and have some faith that maybe what he meant to say was that you're a very good/close friend of his, and he enjoys that relationship with you and wouldn't mind pursuing a closer one. I told Dominik frequently that he was my best friend. Above all, he still is my best friend. Of course I have Mars, she's my platonic life partner. But with Dominik, we're friends who are there for each other and care a great deal, but we do faggoty romantic stuff too, that I'm just not interested in getting from Mars just 'cause I only like dudes that way.

It sounds like what you and this dude have is really cute--just remember to take it slow and let him know that you have some issues, and you'll be perfectly understanding that he might, too. Get a feel for the relationship, and take it from there :] he sounds like a great guy
