How about a bathing/showering headcanon for HM Nnoitra and Tesla (or just Tesla if you prefer)?

oh, i’ll answer both! tesla prefers showers and nnoitra prefers baths.

the reason why nnoitra prefers baths is because, well, he lives in a forest. in a little shack that has no bathroom. so, uh, if he’s up to it (which he rarely is), he wanders about and bathes in a small lake. it’s cold, and the only way he knows how to clean himself of mud and grime.

he actually likes floating in water too bc it gives him a chance to relax and take his mind off of things. also, his hair spills around him like ink. 👌

tesla, on the other hand, has access to a shower.

…after they develop a weird sort-of relationship and nnoitra begins visiting more often, tesla learns that little bit of information and politely asks if he’d like to use his shower. and soap. he doesn’t want to offend nnoitra, so, like. yeah. he may or may not leave the soap part out. it completelt depends if nnoitra even knows what it is. considering he didn’t even know what a pig was when they first met.

nnoitra’d glare at him for a moment before storming off into the bathroom. only to come out a couple minutes later completely naked and yelling at tesla because he doesn’t know how to turn the goddamn thing on, how sponges work, or how much shampoo and conditioner he’s supposed to put in his hair. (meanwhile tesla is just staring at nnoitra like “…👀 uhh, u need help with that?” because. yeees.)

nnoitra loves being pampered – they both find out – and he lowkey demands tesla to wash him every time he deems fit. some on purpose, some not. tesla never complains though, he enjoys spoiling his witch.
