I personally don’t think so. With a human anatomy Sebas only needs to conjure one that visually functions correctly. With human food however, he’d have to conjure something that has the compounds that make food, food. Putting the requirement to have that knowledge aside, we also need to consider whether Sebas can change the actual substance of his essence. What are the nutrients, how do fructose, lactose and sucrose work? What about protein? Like I said, if he were to become food, he’d have to not just be ‘visually passing’. That, or he just becomes WcDonald Chicken Nuggets™. I think he could pull that off.
Purely theoretically, Sebas could take the semblance of food with the intention to penetrate whoever is trying to eat him, and kill them from inside out. Imagine how f*cked up that must be. But why bother being so sneaky if he’s already demonstrated he can kill any human without them even noticing. Otherwise there just remains a big “WHY WOULD HE EVER!?” It can’t be to troll anybody. As discussed in this post, Sebas enjoys toying with people through words best. Why put yourself through such a disgusting experience if you don’t have to?
And honestly though... if you ask me, Sebas becoming ‘food’ should never appear in any kuro-content that’s not pure crack. I would never be able to take the series seriously anymore.
