After a rough experience sleeping last night I have stayed up later than intended tonight. Dreading having to try to sleep again. Wonder how much of this is a hangover from my hangover? Felt terrible last night and waking up this morning. This morning just felt like everything was wrong and I was really disjointed. I am actually weirdly looking forward to work because it will give me some structure. Still getting PF tightness and now spotting, with some constipation thrown in for good measure. I've had fibre and lots of water and a pill to relax me so hopefully that helps. I am getting a bit sick of the PF problems. It's uncomfortable and irritating.
