[She's careful to make sure that Gwen is busy with pub business when she retrieves yet another burner provided by Enzo and dials Saint's number. After all, she had gently admonished her wife for her contact with the man just a few days previously. But this was different. It wasn't revenge, just lightly poking the bear in the absence of being able to do any physical damage. Also, she was bored.]
May: Good evening, Saint. It's May Nguyễn calling.
[Her voice is light and conversational. If the phone had had a cord, she would've been twirling it happily around her finger.]
May: I hope you don't mind me ringing like this, I just thought you might fancy a chat. How've you been?

The Transall C-160 is a tactical transport aircraft developed in the 1960s by the France-German Transporter Alliance consortium and used by the air forces of Germany, France and Turkey. The type designation of the shoulder-wing aircraft, which is powered by two propeller-driven turbines, is composed of the mission purpose (C for cargo) and the wing area (160 m²).
The aircraft, which was designed for military missions, became known among other things for relief flights that the German Air Force carried out to Africa, particularly in the 1970s and 1980s. On a smaller scale, the Transall was also used for civilian purposes. In the air forces of the three current user states, it has been gradually replaced by the Airbus A400M since 2013.
