To say that Keagan was angry was an understatement. Not only did her assignment last longer than the intended plan, she had not heard a peep from Ricky, who was supposed to keep her updated about their daughter’s well-being. The first try at calling him, she thought it was odd and she didn’t want to believe in her gut that something was wrong. But when she couldn’t reach him the next time? Oh, alarms started going off.
That’s why the moment she was done with the assignment, she booked the first flight out of there. The anger that brewed when she had to quarantine in a motel out of town. It was almost surprising that there wasn’t some sort of burnt mark on the carpet from the pacing she had been doing before she was free to drive into Fallcrest - straight to the one house who could have some idea where her daughter was.
“Luke Jolene Benson! You get your ass out here now!” She stood in front of the door. “Where. Is. Skylar.”

SUPERMAN AND THE MOLE MEN (1951)
An angry, bloodthirsty mob in Silsby, TX (”Home of the World’s Deepest Oil Well”) heads out to confront the innocent, curious mole men who have been exploring the town.
“This looks like a job for...”
Superman flies past the angry mob.
“Everyone is all right. They just got frightened.”
The mob, led by Luke Benson, is unwilling to listen to reason.
“It’s men like you that make it difficult for people to understand one another. You were warned nothing would come of this but trouble!”
We need this Superman now more than ever!
Superman and the Mole Men has the distinction of being the Man of Steel’s first feature film (although, at only 58 minutes long, calling it a “feature” might be stretching things a bit).
The film was shot in just 12 days, with a minuscule budget. It served as a pilot for the Adventures of Superman television series, which began broadcasting the following year. The film was edited down, had its depressingly bland music replaced, and became the final two episodes (#25 and 26) of the first season of the television series, entitled The Unknown People part 1 and 2.
The scene of Clark running into the alley and taking off as Superman was used as stock footage for the first two seasons of the television show. It was jettisoned with Season 3 when the show was filmed in color.
